FTSE Blossom Japan Index Series

NH Foods Ltd. has been selected as a constituent of the FTSE Blossom Japan Index Series for seven consecutive years since 2017, when this index was newly established.
The FTSE Blossom Japan Index Series is created by the global index and data provider FTSE Russell. The Japanese companies are selected for their outstanding ESG responses.
It is one of the indices used by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), which is considered the world's largest investor, when making ESG-related investments.
FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index

NH Foods Ltd. has been selected as a constituent of the newly established FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index for consecutive years since 2022.
The FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index is designed as a sector neutral benchmark that reflects the performance of companies demonstrating strong Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices in Japan. The index selects companies with higher ESG Ratings within the top 50% of each sector and supports climate transition to a low carbon economy by evaluating companies’ climate governance and climate change efforts via the Transition Pathway Initiative’s Management Quality Score.
It is also one of the indices used by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), which is considered the world's largest investor, when making ESG-related investments.
MSCI Japan ESG Select Leaders Index

NH Foods Ltd. has been selected as a constituent of the "MSCI Japan ESG Select Leaders Index" by Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) in the United States. This index is created by MSCI and selects companies with relatively high ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) ratings from among the constituents of the MSCI Japan IMI Index in each industry.
It is also one of the indices used by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), which is considered the world's largest investor, when making ESG-related investments.
S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index

NH Foods Ltd. has been selected as a component of the S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index consecutively since its acquisition request in 2018.The index was jointly developed by the Japan Exchange Group, the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and S&P Dow Jones Indexes, and uses the Tokyo Stock Exchange Stock Price Index (TOPIX) as its universe to determine the weighting of constituent stocks with a focus on environmental information disclosure status and carbon efficiency (carbon emissions per unit of sales) levels. The index is based on the Tokyo Stock Price Index (TOPIX) as its universe.

Sompo Sustainability Index

NH Foods Ltd. has been selected as a component of the Sompo Sustainability Index managed by Sompo Asset Management Co.,Ltd.
Approximately 300 stocks that excel in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) are selected each year for inclusion in the Index, and are used in the company's Sustainable Management program.

Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization

The Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program is a system for recognizing corporations, both large enterprises and SMEs, that have particularly good health and productivity management practices, based on initiatives that address local health issues and the health promotion efforts of the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
The goal is to develop an environment in which outstanding enterprises implementing health and productivity management are highlighted, allowing them to gain enhanced recognition from employees, employment seekers, related enterprises, financial institutions, etc., as organizations that consider employee health and productivity management from a business-management perspective and strategically implement initiatives.
NH Foods Ltd. and its four group companies have been recognized as 2024 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations under the Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program, jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
HDI Rating Benchmark 3 Stars Customer Service

The "HDI Rating Benchmark" is a benchmark sponsored by HDI-Japan, the Japanese organization of HDI (Help Desk Institute), which is the largest membership association in the support service industry worldwide. The HDI Rating Benchmark evaluates surveyed companies on a four-level rating scale from no stars to three stars. This rating is determined by judges who evaluate companies from the customer’s perspective based on assessment criteria established according to HDI’s international standards.
To provide high-quality service to our customers, we continuously improve our response skills. Our goal each year is to achieve a score of 3.5 or higher on evaluation criteria and to receive a three-star rating.
