Sausage Making Studios

The Group operates the Shimodate Kobo in Chikusei City, Ibaraki Prefecture, the Nagasaki Roman Kobo in Kawatanacho, Nagasaki Prefecture, and Kamakura Ham Tomioka Co., Ltd. in Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture as cooking studios where members of the public can experience sausage making firsthand. This provides opportunities for people to enjoy making sausage from pork, sheep intestine casing, spices, and other ingredients and to eat it.
